I am Ericka Barnes.
Cultivator of Creativity.
My work takes shape across several platforms — from teaching people to grow their own food, to building marketplaces for Black entrepreneurs, to designing digital homes for creative businesses.
Each expression is rooted in the same belief: creativity is meant to be cultivated, made visible, and ultimately kept in the hands of the people who create it.
Over time, that belief has grown into the platforms I now cultivate.

AND WITNESS THE POWER OF CREATIVITY, GROWTH AND HEALING IN ACTION.
For years, I collected seeds but never planted. The Obedient Gardener Workshop helped break the barriers and dispelled the idea that you can't have a garden in an apartment. The workshop taught me how to maximize the space that I had and enabled me to grow my own food.”
